Coaching for Children, Young People, and Families
Practical reflection and change within everyday life. Building structure, habits, and confidence over time.
Our Focus
Rather than focusing on what is “wrong,” coaching explores how things work, what may be getting in the way, and how small, intentional changes can create meaningful momentum.
It supports children, young people, and families to develop long-term habits while keeping parents or carers appropriately involved and informed.
Please Note: Coaching is a non-medical, non-therapeutic service. It does not involve diagnosis or medical assessment and does not replace psychiatric care when needed.
