Location of Services

Face-to-face: Appointments available in London.

Remote: Available when the adolescent is physically located in England.

Appointments are self-funded and payable in advance of the consultation. Payment details provided upon booking.

Self-Funded Basis

Brave & Bloom Centre does not hold contracts with private medical insurance providers.

Using Private Insurance

While we do not bill insurers directly, we provide clear invoices/receipts if you wish to reclaim costs from your provider.

If considering insurance reimbursement, please contact your provider in advance to understand your policy coverage.

Appointments

Initial Psychiatric Assessment £1,050

90 minutes. A comprehensive assessment including history, formulation, and initial recommendations. Time is also allocated after the appointment for clinical documentation.

Follow-up Psychiatric Consultations

30 Minutes £300

60 Minutes £550

A routine clinical letter summarising each psychiatric appointment is included in the consultation fee. There will be a separate charge for administrative fees when required (e.g. writing letters / repeat prescriptions outside the routine post-appointment letter, telephone consultations).

Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Cancellation

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged.

Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, are usually charged in full.
